The Prudential Retirement® app has now been rebranded as the Empower, Prudential Retirement app. If your plan was transferred from Prudential Retirement to Empower, we encourage you to use this app.

Take control of your financial future by enrolling in your 401(k) or 403(b), effortlessly managing your money, tracking your savings progress, accessing helpful insights and tips for financial wellness, and much more. The app is available in both English and Spanish.

If you haven't already, please visit www.prudential.com/online/retirement to register your account and make the most of all the available tools and resources.

Please note that the app currently only supports customers enrolled in 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, or Defined Benefit Cash Balance plans. Participants in NonQual-only Plans or Defined Benefit Retiree Plans, as well as those with other Prudential products such as annuities or life insurance policies, will not be able to access their accounts via the app. We are actively working to expand the app's accessibility to include additional Prudential account types.

Contractual and legal documents, along with other agreements and policy maintenance information, will be provided in English. Some additional materials may also be in English. Information provided in languages other than English is solely for explanatory purposes and does not modify or change the terms of these documents, agreements, and materials as legally interpreted in their English versions.
